I've been in real estate since 2006, getting into a market just as it was crashing around me! The ONE great thing starting then was the experience I gained succeeding in the worst housing crisis since the depression. In 2017, I was approached by Realty ONE Group to open the the first Realty ONE Group franchise in Minnesota. We started with a staff of 4 and 6 agents. Fast forward to today we have a staff of 8 and 125 agents! My approach combines market knowledge with determined negotiation skills, consistently resulting in 3-5% higher closing prices for my sellers. I focus on making each transaction straightforward and successful, ensuring my clients understand every step of the process.

Personally, I share life with my wife of 34+ years, Janelle. She joined my team 8 years ago and now works alongside me at our Brokerage. We have two daughters who have also joined our company and complete the Paul E Team, Amy and Jodi. When I’m not working, you can find me on the golf course, out boating, or at a Minnesota sporting event cheering on the Gophers, Wild, and Vikings. Licensed in both Minnesota and Wisconsin, I bring my experience and work ethic to every transaction, focusing on clear communication and strong results for my clients.
